Orbea Bike Overview
Orbea is a bike manufacturer in Mallabia in the Basque Country of Spain. It began in 1840 as a rifle and gun producer and began making bikes in the 1930s. It is part of the Mondragón Cooperative Corporation and Spain's largest bike manufacturer. Orbea designs bikes but the frames are made in Asia and sent to Spain for finishing. Orbea have a wide selection of bike types such as flat bar bikes, triathlon bikes, mountain bikes and fixie bikes, but their specialty is road bikes and triathlon bikes which have become one of the most popular bikes of choice throughout Europe.
