| Hi, Just wanted to let you know how effective I've found your site. I put four used bikes up for sale on Sunday evening and just sold the last one - one on Monday, one Tuesday and two today. As a matter of interest, we're in Brunswick and the bikes have gone all over Melbourne: Carnegie, Greenvale, Wantirna and Doncaster! | Hi Everyone at bike Exchange, just a quick note say how impressed i am with the results I have had with your advertising. I only registered 3 days ago and have sold 2 out of the 3 bikes I listed. I am very ipmpressed with the number of views on the adds in such a very short period. My phone and email has been running hot. I found that more people where viewing my bike from Bike Exchange than from Ebay which is amazing! I really like the fact that the fees are less ,the listing is for 60days, i dont have to pay PayPal fees and i have not had peole make rediculous offers for my bikes. | To Sam Salter The Bicycle Exchange. Just a few words of thanks. Since commencing advertising with you, many months ago, I have been most impressed by your excellent service and the efforts you go to, to assist advertisers. Advertising can be a time consuming endeavor for those of us running a bike shop, so to have someone put such efforts into making our job easier and less time consuming is much appreciated. I have no idea of your actual performance compared to the likes of the Trading Post, but I see more customer enquiries coming to our shop from The Bike Exchange than the Trading Post , which I find surprising considering the time advantage the Trading Post has had. In terms of service, there is no comparison, I find it a pleasure dealing with you, whereas the Trading Post are a constant source of frustration, due to inefficient operation, poor systems and too few “service consultants” who understand what service is.

| Hi guys, i just want to send this email to let you all know, WHAT A GREAT SITE THIS IS. I placed an ad on your site (6/1/09 - Argon 18 roadie). In LESS THAN 3 and half days, i had SOLD IT. I didn't know where I was going to place my bike for sale and after seeing your site decided I'd give it a go instead of Trading Post. I have just sold my Scott Speedster S10 through your website in just 2 weeks or so. Fantastic. The price for running such an add is great - I will surely use this again in the future. The regular email update is a useful tool. |
