The neo padded insert is the result of 5 years of research and development. Its friction layer technology features a seamless breathable top layer that efficiently wicks sweat and transfers friction between the layers rather than your skin. At the heart of the Neo pad is a low density incompressible laminate (used in spacesuits) that provides shock absorbing pelvic comfort and Ischial Tuberosity (sit bone) relief. Once you ride the Neo you won?t want to ride anything else.

Products are delivered Australia wide using Fastway Couriers or Australia Post. Shipping is a low $9.90 flat rate no matter how many items in your shopping cart (excluding some bulky items such as wheels).
Orders are generally dispatched same business day and shipping times are estimated at between 2-6 business days from dispatch depending on Australia Post / Fastway Couriers. Please be aware this is standard lead time, not guaranteed lead time.
Exchange, Returns, and Refunds Policy

For faulty products, we offer a 60 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY, from the date you purchase your product. We also offer a satisfaction guarantee on all of our products.
If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If we cannot replace the product, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.
Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.
