SAFETY QR CODE
The One and Messenger put the emphasis on safety. In case of an accident, Safety QR Codeallows any person equipped with a smartphone that can read QR codes, to identify who exactlyshould be contacted and what should be done, thanks to a voice message recorded beforehand.This BOLLE exclusive option makes your outings safer. (Available on all models)
The LED was especially designed for a perfect fit with BOLLE helmets. Located at the highestpoint of the cyclist’s silhouette, the LED has 2 positions, either continuous or flashing, andoffers best possible visibility and, as a result, added safety. If you’re racing and the slightestgram saved is important, fear not, BOLLE has designed a lighter capsule to replace the LEDwithout detracting from its great looks. (Available on all models)
Our helmets are equipped with 2 linings, one for summer and high temperatures and thesecond for the cold in winter. The winter lining replaces the summer lining and is directlyvelcroed onto the helmet. The helmet straps then slide through loops sewn into the winterlining. Gone are the days of slippery bonnets and exposed ears after just a few kilometres!These 2 linings allow you to ride under perfect conditions all year round.(Available on all models except Messenger in standard version)
The One helmet has a specific location designed to hold a pair of sunglasses.(Available on The One model)
The Click-to-Fit system allows precise lining adjustment. On the road, you will be able toadjust helmet pressure to your head for perfect stability.(Available on all The One and Messenger models)
For those who prefer the road but, from time to time, head off the beaten track, The Onehelmet is also delivered with a removable mountain bike visor. You can use the same helmeton- and off-road. (Available on The One model)

All our cycling helmets have been tested according to AS/NZS 2063:2008 +A1 and exceed these standards.
Notification of Order
When an order is successfully placed online, bike exchange automatically generates an email order confirmation for you.
Orders will be dispatched within 2 working day. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will contact you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Products are delivered Australia wide using Couirers Please or Transdirect, all items are given a consignment number which is trackable. Shipping costs are dependent on the size, weight of the product and your location.
Orders will be dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 2 - 5 business days depending on your location within Australia. Please be aware deliveries outside of metropolitan areas may take longer. Delivery will require your signature when the parcel is delivered. If you are not available at time of delivery, a card will be left for you to collect your parcel from the nearest depot or redivered the following day. We provide your mobile contact to the couriers who may call to arrange collection.
Please note that a re-delivery fee may apply. Any re-delivery fees are your responsibility.
Exchange, Returns, and Refunds Policy
Please choose carefully before you buy.
For faulty products, we offer a 14 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY, from the date you receive your product. We do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of our products, however due to our high level of customer service, we will always endeavour to keep customers happy and satisfied.
If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If we cannot replace the product, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.
Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.
When returning your product, please make sure you provide the following details:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- Reason why you are returning the product
- Your instructions informing us how you would like the issue resolved.
Please include the original order confirmation or invoice you received with your product. Also, if you haven't previously provided a contact phone number, please include this with your return. This will ensure the issue is resolved quickly, should anyone need to contact you.
