As much as we love it, and as good for us as it is, cycling can come with its fair share of niggles and pains if we’re not too careful.
Our friends at El Camino have been practicing yoga for years, but it’s in recent times they’ve seen a surge in interest from cyclists. So they pulled together a class tailor-made to cycling bunches, and we jumped on board for a bit!

Check out some easy-as-pie stretches you can do that will help some of the more common bike riding niggles.
