Shipping and Delivery Policy

We deliver products Australia wide via registered post or authorized courier services . Additional charges may be included for large or bulky items and these charges are also inclusive of handling costs. Orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 1-7 business days depending on your location within Australia. Postage and handling fees are non refundable. Any postage costs related to the return of product will be at the customer’s expense. Unfortunately we are unable to ship Giant bikes as all our bikes must be picked up from the store. This is to ensure that all our bikes are assembled by a professional mechanic, as well as ensuring that the bikes are properly fitted to the rider.

*All returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge except from our fulfilment mistake, manufacturer defect that can’t be resolved or incorrect size/ item ordered
Shipping and handling cannot be refunded for incorrect size/ item ordered except for unrepairable defective items. A copy of your invoice or packing slip must accompany all returns.

Customer Service Policy

Giant South Yarra is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.

Exchange, Returns, and Refunds Policy

REFUND POLICY:
Bicyles Inc Pty Ltd does not refund for incorrect choice. Bicycles Inc Pty Ltd is bound by the Vic Department of Fair Trading obligations for product exchange and refund. Products that are either faulty of unopened may be exchanged or refunded for store credit within 7 days of purchase. A 25% restocking fees may apply. Used products, OEM products and sale products are non refundable.
