We provide FREE delivery (no minimum order required) within Australia through Australia Post, 1 – 5 business days for metropolitan areas (may take longer for country areas).
Every effort is made to have your parcel dispatched on the same day that you've ordered or following business day.
All orders can be tracked, if you require tracking details please email: firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number (upon placing your order you will receive an email with your order number) and we will email through your tracking details.
Please be sure to indicate your daytime address or otherwise your package will be available for pick up from your nearest post office (packing slip will be dropped at your address with the pick up details).
REST OF WORLD
Deliveries for the rest of the world are made using Australia Post's international express rates and may take between 5 - 10 business days.
Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of the next business day of payment receipt. If there are any delays due to out of stock products we will notify you as soon as possible and you have the option of changing or cancelling your order.

Ventou is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 1-5 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.

For faulty products, Ventou offer a 12 MONTH REPLACEMENT WARRANTY, from the date you receive your product. We do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of their products, however due to our high level of customer service, we will always endeavour to keep our customers happy and satisfied.
If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If we cannot replace the product, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.
Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product and we will also reimburse your return postage cost incurred.
Exchange an item for an alternative size does not qualify as a product fault. We can exchange sizing on the basis of the customer returning the garment at your cost, and we will post out your new size at additional cost.
When returning your product, please make sure you provide the following details:
Your full name
Your order number
Reason why you are returning the product
Your instructions informing us how you would like the issue resolved.
Please include the original order confirmation or invoice you received with your product. Also, if you haven't previously provided a contact phone number, please include this with your return. This will ensure the issue is resolved quickly, should anyone need to contact you.
