Shipping and Delivery Policy

ROOF RACK STORE uses Couriers Please, Australia Post and Star Track to ship all orders throughout most of Australia.
Most orders that are placed online are shipped within 24hrs.
We have 2 pick ups daily with Couriers Please at 10am & 2pm for fast turnaround to your door.
For out of stock items, a customer service representative from ROOF RACK STORE will contact you to work out alternative arrangements.
'Ok to leave if no one is home' is set by default during check out. This option can be unselected. If your parcel is not delivered or left, you will need to arrange a depot collection or re-delivery at your expense.
Items that are oversized or shipped to remote areas may take longer than the chart below. There are some remote areas of Australia we cannot service. Please call or email to confirm your location before placing an order. We will contact you if you have placed an order in an area we cannot service.

Customer Service Policy

Roof Rack Store is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.

Exchange, Returns, and Refunds Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. We cannot offer a refund on special order and non stocked items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
We charge a restocking fee of 10% of the products value that is being returned.
