All transactions are processed in AUD.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

All orders over $99 are freight free Australia wide. Orders under $99 will incur a flat shipping fee of $9.95.

We aim to provide Australia wide delivery within 3-5 business days. In the event of a product being out of stock when you order, we will contact you directly.

Customer Service Policy

Yes – sometimes things go wrong. This is never our intention but it does happen. For instances that fall outside of normal wear & tear contact us at: info@sub4.com.au. Refunds can only be offered for items received back within 30 days after delivery.

Exchange, Returns, and Refunds Policy

Returns: If your note 100% happy with your item simply return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges - simply return your unused item(s) to: Sub4, 1/18 Burwood Rd, Hawthorn, 3122, Victoria, Australia, along with what you're wanting the item exchanged for. Note we do require a pre-paid & addressed reply satchel.
