Shipping and Delivery Policy

Reid Cycles offer a flat rate shipping of $39.99 to most of Australian mainland and Tasmania. Shipping outside of metro areas may incur an extra cost. We will be in contact if there is an extra charge for shipping.

Standard delivery time frames are between 3-10 business days.

Click and Collect Policy

On average it takes 1-7 working days (allow extra time for Perth store) for a Click and Collect to ready for collection in-store. The Reid Cycles store team will be in contact with you a soon as your purchase is ready for collection.

Customer Service Policy

Reid Cycles is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We are so confident in the quality of our product that we will then give you 30 days to decide! Our Online 30 Day Test Ride policy allows for customers to test ride their bike to make sure it's the correct size and style for them.

When you receive the bike you've purchased online, we encourage you to test ride it on a sealed surface like bitumen or concrete. We do ask that this is done carefully though so the bike can be returned in “as new” condition if you want a refund or exchange.

We endeavor to make sure that all products listed are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.

Exchange, Returns, and Refunds Policy

Reid Cycles offers a 30 day return or exchange policy. To be eligible for return, the product purchased needs to be in new condition. If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If we cannot replace the product, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.

When returning your product, please make sure you provide the following details:

- Your full name
- Your order number
- Reason why you are returning the product
- Your instructions informing us how you would like the issue resolved
