If you want a bike to get you from A to B in the quickest time possible, but don‘t want a road bike, then the Scott Sportster 60 is the bike for you.
The Scott Sportster 60 is comfortable to ride, and best of all feels really fast for a non-road bike.
As a bike manufacturer Scott has always been one of my favorites in terms of value for money and some of the decals they come up with and the Scott Sportster 60 lives up to their high standards.
Scott say “the Sportster series emphasizes comfort and convenience for touring and transportation. The frame design offers the user a smooth ride and plenty of stand over clearance. Frame eyelets allow for easy mounting of the Urban-Kit rack and fender system so you can carry your things dry and hassle free.”
And from my experience the Scott Sportster 60 delivers on that promise, and I was impressed to find out it weighed just 12.4kg. This is quite good for this class of bike.
So if you’re planning on riding on the road to work, not doing much trail riding, but want something you can take out on the weekend and still keep up with your roadie mates, then the Scott Sportster 60 should be at the top of your shopping list.
