It’s official! GreenEdge granted WorldTour License for 2012-2013 Seasons

As the proud online sponsor, Bikeexchange.com.au is thrilled to announce that the UCI has approved GreenEdge Cycling WorldTour status.

The GreenEdge Cycling Team, will be the first ever Australian Cycling Team to compete at the highest level of competition in the 2012 to 2013 period.


“This is a key moment for Australian cycling and we are proud to enter the WorldTour with a new and extremely motivated project,” says team founder Gerry Ryan. “I am convinced that we will bring great moments and a lot of passion to the sport with this team. I’d like to use this opportunity to congratulate the entire team and all of our partners with this important, historical step.”

With a roster of 30 riders competing from 2012, the team comprises some of most experienced and talented riders to come out of the sport.
