This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and passionate communicator to take on a new role in the company and bring it to life. As a natural connector, you will enable the success of our sellers, through building valuable relationships between our valued customers, our sales and partnerships team, and our ecommerce team.

You are a great communicator with an uncanny ability to identify the needs of our Sellers before they know it. Your experience and knowledge with seller and customer success will seamlessly translate into the Australian business.


The Seller Success Representative is the key relationship between our business and our sellers. As well as monitoring and improving the day to day Seller performance, you will also act as a business and eCommerce adviser to our sellers. You will be responsible for the seller experience on the BikeExchange platform including the seller onboarding and training process, product mix, eCommerce processing and performance, seller success and retention.
