As a natural connector, you will enable the success of our sellers, through building valuable relationships between our valued customers, our sales and partnerships team, and our ecommerce team.

ABOUT THE JOB

The Seller Success Representative is the key relationship between our business and our sellers. As well as monitoring and improving the day to day Seller performance, you will also act as a business and eCommerce adviser to our sellers. You will be responsible for the seller experience on the BikeExchange platform including the seller onboarding and training process, product mix, eCommerce processing and performance, seller success and retention.
