Initially established in 1909 as an arms manufacturer, BH switched its focus at the close of WWI to building bikes and the cycling world is better for it.

BH bikes quickly made a name for itself within the Spanish cycling scene through the early 20th century in response to the quality craftsmanship behind its bicycles. By 1935, BH was also well entrenched within the professional peloton with top riders of the time such as Belgian Gustave Deloor, who won the first two editions of the Vuelta a España in 1935 and 1936. 1959 saw BH move from its traditional base in Eibar to its current home in Vitoria, Spain.

To this day, the Beistegui family still heads up BH bikes with the Spanish-based company best known for its excellent quality frames backed by a lifetime warranty. The company continues to drive forward with its latest offerings to two-wheeled enthusiasts an extensive range of performance road and mountain bikes, along with its well-developed Emotion E-bikes.
